Lucky plaza comprises both a shopping mall and a budget hotel. The building was completed in 1981 it is one of the go-to malls for Filipino domestic helpers during the weekends. After years of establishment, Jollibee opened its first branch in 2013 on the 6th floor, soon it was moved to the lower level at the food court area. There are a lot of individual shops selling luxury products like branded watches, jewellery, antiques and more.
As for the budget hotel, they offer both the shared apartment and private apartment about 2 3 4 5 bedrooms. The price starts with around S$300++. It is very well renovated, modern and clean. The overall lucky plaza is located in the heart of orchard road and one of Singapore most recognized landmarks.
